I am available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (central time)
Tuesday thru Friday. 1:00 PM to 8:00
PM on Monday. I work on and
off on Saturday and never on Sunday. When I start working on Monday afternoon I
usually have 200 to 300 emails waiting. I answer all emails in the order that
they are received. Please be patient.
Please understand that I am one
person not a company. If you write and I don't get back to you
immediately, it is probably because 150 other
people got to me before you did. I get hundreds
of requests and questions each day. I try to
answer all emails promptly but some take longer
than others. Trust that you will get a personal
answer to your question as soon as possible.
If you get frustrated
and can't figure something out,
please send me very specific details
about your problem. I can't help you
if you simply say, "I can't get this to
work". I need to know what it is and
what you have tried so far and any
other details you might be able to
offer. Don't write
demanding I help you immediately or
calling me names. I offer superior
support to everyone and don't
deserve to be the brunt of your
anger or frustration.
P.S. Most hate mail gets a personal
answer but your mail is the last on
my list. If you want help fast then
be nice.
