Ready Made Website Installation and Editing Instructions:

PLEASE read the information here before you write and ask me how to do anything. If you can't find the information you need here, I will be happy to help you. You will save yourself a lot of time and panicking if you read this information before you try to do anything.

These instructions are written for the HTML version of the Ready Made Websites. If you are using the php version, there is no need to install FrontPage Extensions.

You MUST install FrontPage Extensions for the server side includes to work with the HTML version of these websites.

All servers are different. For most of you, there is an icon in your cpanel for installing these extensions. One click of a button and you are done. If you don't have this option in your cpanel please ask your hosting company how to install FrontPage Extensions.

What you can and can't so with your website:

You have the right to change the site to suit you.
This is your website and all the information is now yours to use.
Add or delete information as you see fit.
You will find a page in your site called Master-Template.htm. This page is a blank template of your site. If you want to add more content to your site, all you have to do is open this page in an editor and "save as" under a different name. This will preserve the template and also give you a new page to add content that is the same as the rest of your pages. You can do this over and over again to add as many pages as you choose.

Most of the content of this site came from articles that other people have written.
Please check the copyright information at the end of the article before you change any of the article copy.

You MAY NOT use any of this content to submit to article sites.
You DO NOT have the right to re-sell this website or any of its pages.

Code Change Instructions:

Your website is all set and ready to go.
There are just a few changes you will have to make so you can start making money.
Please follow the steps one at a time. Don't try to rush things, you will get mixed up.

You ONLY need to change the pages in the "includes" folder to get your Google code on all the pages. All other pages will change using the includes command. It is best to use an html editor to make these changes. If you don't have an html editor, you will find several free editors here.  If you are using my hosting, you will have a built in html editor right on the server.

You will have to change the Google AdSense codes to your numbers in order to get credit for the clicks.

If you don't have a Google AdSense account yet, open one now.

Google will not accept your application for an account until you have a website online. Please make sure your site is online before you apply. They have real people who go to see that you have a real website available before your application will be approved.

Open the pages in your includes folder one at a time and make your changes in the html code.
Each page is clearly marked with instructions on what to change.

LOOK FOR:

All have leading space so you can find them easily.

Once you have made the changes on a page, you can remove the instructions if you choose.

Change "pub-9437073176164223" to your Google number
Change google_ad_channel ="0605081617"; to your Google channel
If you don't use Google Channels, just remove my number and leave the quotes. value=""

Add collapse code if you want to. See: collapse.txt included in your site for more information on this option.

If you would rather use in alternate ad source rather than have the area collapse, look into Alternate URL

You can delete the collapse.txt file when you are done.

While you are in google-tower.htm, you can also change the link to my site to your affiliate link for my program.
Join the affiliate program. Then follow the instructions in google-tower.htm.

It looks like this:

Change the 3090 to your four digit ID number.

Your affiliate number is your login number.

In 'footer.htm', also change the copyright info to reflect your site name. It currently says:

Copyright © 2007 YourSite.com All Rights Reserved World Wide

Change the 'Contact Us' link in linkbar.htm to your email address.

Additional, Optional, Changes:

There are three pages in your site that you will either need to add information to or delete. The three pages are resources.htm, partners.htm and aboutus.htm.

The index.htm page of your site contains an article that is also on another page of your site. It is advised that you change this page to some information about the site topic that you wrote yourself. This will greatly improve your search engine placement. You can safely delete this article without losing the information since it is on another page.

The resources.htm page is for you to add affiliate vendor links. The partners.htm page is for link partners. The aboutus.htm page is for adding information about you and/or your company. If you do not plan to use these pages, you can delete them. If you delete any of these pages, you will also want to remove the link leading to these pages on your page called linkbar.htm which is in your includes folder.

Meta Tags:

I have not added any keywords or descriptions to the pages, you will have to do this. I did this so your meta tags will be different from everyone else's. This is to be sure you have a better opportunity to get a high position in the search engines. The tag markers are in place, you just have to add the information.

 Look at the page code on your site for this:
